I bought this candle at ReForm School in Silverlake. The apothecary packaging and simplistic label were what initial attracted me, but soon after burning it, I became obsessed and purchased two more. I have problems, you know this.
The candle itself has a fresh sweet citrus scent. It’s not too overpowering, but can ever-so-delicately fragrance a room. I love this candle so much, I just wish they made a perfume with this scent.
I’ve also tried No.2: Apple Picking, which will most likely be my candle of choice for autumn. I also noticed via their website that they have a spiced pumpkin candle, as well as, mini candles. Ummmm.. yes please! Plus, everything is cuter in mini form.

As I mentioned in my Swedish Dream Soap Review, I have eczema and part of my routine in combating it is by liberally applying a body lotion. In the past, I used Caudalie’s Body Butter, however, they recently changed the fragrance and I was left to find another solution for my moisturizing needs.
This Ultra Repair Cream is said to “relieve minor irritation and itching due to eczema and other conditions”, which was perfect because that’s exactly what I needed. As an added bonus, it didn’t leave a greasy residue nor did it have a super thick consistency. Winning on all fronts.

I’m kinda obsessed with skincare. I have a regiment. Its elaborate, probably unnecessary, but totally justifiable. You only have one face, so you better take care of it.
With that said, I use a face mask about once a week and I’m quite partial to a clarifying mask. This mask in particular is an active charcoal mask that boast to “draw out deep-dwelling pore-cloggers”. Fantastic! That’s exactly what I want, and this product does not disappoint.
I don’t recommend this to people with extremely sensitive skin. Reason being that, when you first put this product on your face it gives you an intense tingling sensation. But beauty is pain, and if its tingling that means its working its magic to clear out those pores!

Sometimes, a girl just wants some juice… and one that doesn’t come out of a carton.
This juice is crisp, sweet and spicy all at the same time. It contains just four ingredients: Filtered Water, Organic Blood Orange Juice, Organic Agave Nectar & Organic Habanero Pepper. I like my beverages spicy apparently.
It’s a little bit of sunshine in a bottle. I also suggest the Peach Vanilla for those not as enthusiastic about peppers in their drinks.

I don’t wear fragrances on a daily basis. Mostly because I find most fragrances nauseating and quite synthetic smelling. Therefore, when I do choose to wear them I’m rather particular. Surprising, I’m sure.
The fragrance itself initially smells of fresh oranges, however as you wear the cologne the complexity of the fragrance develops and transforms to the scent of clean linens with an jasmine undertone.
Its subtle and demure, like all perfumes should be. It’s also contains 15% Cologne Absolute, which is the purest and most concentrated form of perfume.

So, I like to snack and I tend to snack a lot. Because if I don’t snack, then I’ll get hangry and that isn’t pretty for anyone within a 10ft radius of me. Thus, my snack of choice this month are these crispy chickpeas flavored in chili-lime goodness.
They’re a great substitute for chips or nuts and they come in a portable resealable package which I can conveniently tuck into my purse for covert snack attacks.
