For those of you who don’t already know, I have a fixation with skincare. I would rather lose sleep than skip out on my morning or evening regiment, and that’s coming for someone who truly enjoys their sleep. So, its pretty serious.
Skincare can be a rather expensive, however rewarding habit. But then again, you only have one face. So, you should probably take care of it.
These products are the ones I’ve been using and work best for me. Hopefully, some of these can work for you too and we can be skincare friends and trade skincare secrets.

St. Ives | Green Tea Gel Cleanser

I typically like to use a refreshing gel cleanser in the morning and this by far is my favorite. It has a clean crisp fragrance and soothes my skin, while also leaving it squeaky clean.

Let me just start by saying, this mist has a very strong scent. It can take some getting use to, but it’s totally worth it. Promise. It will leave your skin looking healthy, radiant and glowing.

I mentioned this product in my Monthly Obsessions: 0814 Edition and its been a staple in my skincare routine ever since. I just rub a nickel size amount on my face everyday and it has evened my skin tone and reduced my hyper-pigmentation. It basically, knocks my skincare socks off.

It’s not a skincare regiment without an eye cream! I just take a pea size amount onto my ring finger and dab it in under my eyes and POW!! instant hydration.
L’Occitane | Angelica Ultra Matte Fluid

I get a bit oily in my T-zone as the day progresses, so I like to use a matte moisturizer to combat that. I live by this product. It has a light gel consistency with a very light lemon fragrance, great for wearing under make-up.

I feel like a lot of people neglect this step. Myself included, until recently. But quite frankly this is the most important step of all. Protect yourself! Sun damage is enemy #1. So, make sure to wear sunscreen everyday. If the sun is out, sunscreen is on.

Your lips can get sunburned too, and trust me it’s not pretty. I featured this in my Sick Day Necessities and its my all-time favorite lip treatment and that’s saying something since I had chronic dry lips until using this.
